1. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of digital services (Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Social Media Management), all completed projects and delivered services are non-refundable once work has been initiated or delivered.

However, if you face an issue with service quality, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution, revision, or partial adjustment (subject to review).


2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Zmak Experts offers physical products in the future (e.g., branded merchandise), the following rules apply:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice by mistake.
  • Service Not Delivered: If Zmak Experts fails to provide the agreed service within the contract timeline (excluding client delays).
  • Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to cancel the project before work begins.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed service hours, consultancy, and delivered projects.
  • Customized work, creative designs, or branding once approved by the client.
  • Third-party fees (e.g., hosting, domain, ads budget, courier charges).

5. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at help@zmakexperts.com with your order details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund within the specified time:

  • Check with your bank or card provider.
  • Contact your payment gateway provider (PayPal, Stripe, Bank).

7. International Clients

For international customers, refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency. Currency conversion fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
